• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• When items are returned, you’ll receive your refund in the same form of your original payment method. No shipping costs are refunded.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns can be returned using the shipping courier of your choice.
• Item/s must be returned within 14 calendar days of date order was delivered. Package must be postmarked by the 14th day of marked delivery day. Day one begins the following day after you receive the order.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. If items do not meet the return qualifications, refund will NOT be issued and item(s) will be returned to buyer at the buyers expense. Ex: worn or washed

• If an item is returned that is not eligible for refund you will be sent an invoice for shipping so we can return the item to you. We will hold the item until the invoice is paid.


Damaged items-

If an order arrives damaged, please notify us via email and include pictures as well as your order number. We must be notified within 7 business days of marked delivery date. If we are not made aware within 7 business days of delivery, we will not be able to repair, replace or refund. 

*If an item arrives damaged, we will repair the item and if we cannot repair it then we will replace or issue a refund. 

Damaged items MUST be postmarked within 14 days and showing movement on tracking to be on the way back to us. If they are not postmarked within 14 days, they will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. The items will be sent back to you at your cost.
